About these terms

These terms apply to your use of the ROM Squad website, the ROM Squad WhatsApp community and our online meetings. ROM Squad is run by Rays of Marketing, a sole proprietorship in India owned by Rizak ("we", "us" or "our"). By filling our joining form, joining the community or paying for a membership, you agree to these terms, our Community Guidelines, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy.

Who can join

• ROM Squad is for women aged 18 and over who own or run a business, or are building one.
• We review every joining form. Filling the form does not guarantee a place, and we may decline any application.
• You must give accurate information on the joining form.

Trial

New members get a one month trial at no cost, with no card or payment details required. At the end of the trial, we will ask if you would like to continue with an annual membership. If you do not, you will be removed from the community.

Membership and payment

• The annual membership gives you access to the community for 12 months from the date it starts.
• The membership fee is shown on our website at the time you join. Payments are made only through a payment link sent by us, and are processed by a secure third-party payment provider.
• An invoice is emailed to you after payment.
• If you pay before your trial ends, the remaining days of your trial are added to your membership, so you do not lose any trial time.
• Prices may change in future. Any change will not affect a membership you have already paid for.
• Your membership does not renew automatically. We will contact you before it ends.

Refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable. Please read our Refund Policy for details.

What membership includes

Membership includes access to the ROM Squad WhatsApp community, promotion days, and the monthly members' catch-up and monthly networking meeting, as described on our website. We may change, add or remove features, formats or schedules from time to time to improve the community.

No guarantee of results

ROM Squad offers visibility, connections and support. We do not guarantee any sales, income, clients, followers or other business results. Any results shared by members, including on our website, reflect their individual experience and are not a promise of what you will achieve.

Your conduct

You must follow our Community Guidelines. If you break them, you will receive two warnings, and on the third you will be removed from the community. In serious cases, we may remove you without prior warning. Removal does not entitle you to any refund.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you post. By posting in the community, you allow us to use screenshots of community content in our marketing, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to share anything you post.

Our content

The ROM Squad name, logo, website, prompts and materials belong to Rays of Marketing. You may not copy, resell or reuse them without our written permission.

Dealings between members

Any purchase, partnership or arrangement between members is solely between those members. We do not check or endorse members' businesses and are not responsible for the outcome of any such arrangement.

Third-party services

The community runs on third-party platforms such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Google and video meeting tools. We are not responsible for their availability, policies or actions.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or any loss of business, income or data, arising from your use of ROM Squad. Our total liability to you will not exceed the membership fee you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new date, and tell members about any important changes. Continuing your membership after an update means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
