ROM Squad is for women business owners from across India, whether you've been running your business for years or are just getting started. We read every form personally to keep the space intentional, and we'll reach out to you once we've reviewed yours.

Absolutely, and we'd love to have you. All you need is a business idea. Some of our members joined before their brand even existed, and grew alongside the squad.

About 25 minutes every Wednesday and Sunday: roughly 10 minutes to promote your business and 15 minutes to cheer on and engage with others. Once a month, there's a 1 hour Passengers' Catch-up and a 2 hour Connection Express.

Everything happens 100% online. The community lives on WhatsApp and all our meetings are virtual, so you can join in from anywhere in India, right from your home or studio.

Towards the end of your trial, we'll reach out to ask if you'd like to begin your annual membership. There's no pressure at all. And if you decide to join before your trial ends, the remaining days are added on, so you don't lose a single day.

We can't promise sales or any business results. ROM Squad gives you visibility, connections and support. The rest depends on your effort and your offer.

Since memberships are annual, they can't be paused. But the door is always open, and you're welcome to come back and join again whenever you like.

We don't take calls, but we'd love to hear from you. All our conversations happen over messages, on Instagram, WhatsApp or email, and we reply within 48 business hours.

Following our Community Guidelines is mandatory, because they keep the space warm and safe for everyone. You'll get two warnings, and on the third you'll be removed from the community, with no refund.
