Refund Policy

Try first, then decide

Every new member gets a one month trial at no cost, with no card or payment details required. This gives you a full month to experience ROM Squad before deciding whether to pay.

No refunds

Because you can try the community in full before paying, all membership payments are final and non-refundable. This applies in all cases, including if you:

• Change your mind after paying
• Stop using the community or leave the group
• Do not attend meetings or promotion days
• Are removed for breaking our Community Guidelines

We do not offer partial refunds, credits or transfers for unused time.

Payment errors

If you are charged twice by mistake, or money is deducted from your account for a payment that failed, please contact us with the payment details. Once we confirm the error, the extra amount will be returned to your original payment method. This is a correction of a payment error, not a refund of membership.
