Please read these guidelines carefully before you join. By joining ROM Squad, every member, paid or on trial, agrees to follow them.
People, not leads.
Every member here is a person first, a business owner second, and never a target. These guidelines exist to protect that, so every woman gets a fair chance to be seen and a space she can trust.
Business promotion is allowed only on Wednesdays and Sundays, following the format shared in the group for that day.
Promotion includes, but is not limited to, sales pitches, offers and discounts, introducing a product or service, and announcing a workshop, webinar, masterclass, challenge or event, whether paid or unpaid.
You may not use ROM Squad to promote, or invite members to, any other WhatsApp group, Telegram group, community, page, channel, event or platform, whether free or paid, and whether it is yours or someone else's.
This applies to posts in the group, comments and private messages to members, however the invitation is worded.
The following are not allowed:
You may not message a member privately to promote or sell to her unless she has clearly shown interest or given you permission.
Liking or replying to your post, or asking a question in the group, does not count as permission. If you are unsure, ask first.
Disrespectful or unkind behaviour towards any member, in the group or in private, is not allowed. This includes harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech, discrimination of any kind, and sexual or explicit content.
ROM Squad is a safe space to be honest about your business. Comparing members, mocking someone's stage or niche, or talking about a member behind her back is not allowed.
The members who get the most from ROM Squad are usually the ones who give the most. Like posts, answer questions you know the answer to, and celebrate each other's wins.
You may not use ROM Squad to recruit members into MLM, network marketing, "join my team" or affiliate recruitment schemes, or to promote get-rich-quick or "earn from home" schemes, even if it is not framed as a pitch.
All payments are made only through a payment link sent by ROM Squad. We will never ask for OTPs or banking details in a message. The only official ROM Squad number is (we don’t take calls, messages and voice notes only).
If anyone claiming to be from ROM Squad asks you for payment or personal details, confirm with us through this number before doing anything.
We review joining forms, but this is not a check or endorsement of any member's business. Please do your own research before buying from, investing in or partnering with another member. Any arrangement between members is between those members, and ROM Squad, Rays of Marketing and its founder are not responsible for its outcome.
These steps apply to every guideline, whether it is broken once or the same thing keeps happening.
You will be reminded of the guideline, and the post may be removed.
A final reminder, and the post will be removed.
You will be removed from ROM Squad and lose access to all membership benefits.
No refunds. If you are removed from ROM Squad for breaking these guidelines, at any stage of your membership, you will not receive a refund of any membership fee you have paid, in full or in part.
Serious violations. We may remove any post or member at our discretion, including without prior warning in serious cases such as harassment, threats, fraud, impersonation or sharing members' private information, to protect the safety of the community.
Changes. These guidelines may be updated as the community grows. Members will be informed of any important changes. By joining or remaining in ROM Squad, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these guidelines.
